Welcome to our website (which we’ll call “this site” or “we” from now on). Before you dive into using our services, please make sure you read these Terms of Service carefully. By using or even just checking out this site, you’re basically saying you agree to and accept these terms.

This site offers paid subscription content and member services. This includes, but isn’t limited to, blog posts, exclusive resources, e-books, community interaction, and more. Just a heads-up, some content is only for our subscribers.

  • Our subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, and you’ll see the exact cost clearly laid out on the checkout page.
  • All payments go through third-party payment platforms like Stripe or PayPal. We don’t store your payment info here.
  • Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it before your current billing period ends.
  • Unless the law says we have to, or we explicitly state otherwise for a specific promo, there are no refunds once payment is made.

4. How You Can Use Our Stuff & Our Rights

  • All original content here is copyrighted by us. Please don’t copy, repost, or use it for commercial purposes without getting our permission first.
  • As a user, you only get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access our content for your own personal learning and reading.
  • If you’re thinking about using our content commercially or quoting large chunks of it, hit us up to get authorization.

5. Being a Good User

  • Don’t even think about uploading, posting, or sharing anything that’s illegal, harassing, false, offensive, or violates anyone else’s rights.
  • No bulk downloading, scraping, or trying to crack our member content using any tech tricks.
  • We’ve got the right to take down any inappropriate content and ban users who break the rules.

6. Changes to Our Service & Downtime

  • We reserve the right to change, pause, or stop any part or all of our services at any time, without giving you a heads-up.
  • If, for some reason like an act of God, server issues, or third-party service outages, content temporarily becomes unavailable, we won’t be on the hook for any compensation.

7. Our Disclaimer

  • We won’t be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses you might run into from using our content or services.

8. The Legal Stuff

  • These Terms of Service are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • If any disputes pop up that are related to or come from these terms, we both agree to try and sort it out amicably first. If we can’t figure it out through negotiation, then you agree to have the dispute settled by the courts in Santa Clara County, California, which have jurisdiction.
